Inspector Profiles

John Benevento ~ While studying engineering at Rutgers College, John worked part time with his father performing home inspections and as a carpenter with a remodeling contractor. In 2004 John decided to make home inspection his full time career. Utilizing the experience and knowledge he has gained from thousands of home inspections John is responsible for contributing much of the proprietary information that JBK Inspection uses in our reporting system and informative illustrations used in our inspection report.

John has been a member of NJ-ALPHI (New Jersey Association of Professional Home Inspectors) since 2004. In addition to being a licensed home inspector, John is also a licensed Radon Measurement Technician.

John has the experience to inspect whatever type of a home you are purchasing, whether it is a larger older “antiquated” home, a newer condominium or anything in between. When you choose JBK Inspection for your home inspection you know that a home inspector who is qualified, dependable and ethical will perform your inspection to the highest possible standards.
