Our home inspections are also a unique learning experience in which you are encouraged to accompany the inspector, ask questions, and obtain first hand information about the building’s structure, mechanical systems, safety issues and maintenance requirements. The inspection process typically takes about 2-3 hours to complete for an average house. This of course may vary, according to the age, size and condition of the home.
